In offset printing technology,the key is to control the balance between the water and ink channels,and the balance of water and ink relies on the key components of the rubber roller and ink roller,whose quality can directly affect the product quality.This is especially true for gravure printing,embossing,and flexographic printing.Generally,printing companies need to maintain their equipment once a week,including the maintenance of printing rollers.There are several methods for maintenance:
1.After the completion of production operations every day,the rubber rollers should be carefully cleaned and repeatedly washed twice;
2.The cleaning of printing rollers must use designated chemical agents,such as industrial alcohol,and corrosive solvents cannot be used;
3.During holidays and breaks,remove the rubber roller to prevent compression and deformation;
4.For the protection of the surface of the printing roller,it should be wrapped in newsprint and placed in a ventilated and dark place.

1.Surface treatment:roughen the surface to be repaired,clean,decontaminate,degrease,and air dry.
2.Prepare adhesive for repair.Pour the curing agent B group of rubber repair agent into the iron can of the main agent A group and quickly stir evenly(A:B=1:1),then pour it onto the area to be repaired and trowel it flat
3.Curing:It can be used at room temperature for 4-6 hours and reaches high strength after 48 hours.
